- Ingredients
- One 9-inch pie shell, cooked
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1-1/2 cups maple syrup
- 1/3 cup corn starch
- 2 eggs
- dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
A tradition in Vermont and passed on for generations in my family.
Cook pie shell; set aside. Mix cornstarch and eggs. With whipper, add all other ingredients. Bring to a slow boil, stirring continually; mixture will thicken fast. Put in cooked pie shells.
