- Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups peeled, sliced banana (about 2 medium)
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- One 8-ounce carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- Ground cinnamon (optional)
Place banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cover and freeze until firm. Place milk in a shallow container; cover and freeze 25 minutes or until milk is slushy. Combine frozen banana, milk, yogurt, and syrup in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
