Mango Butter recipe
- 1/2 pound butter, lightly salted
- 1/2 cup fresh mango, diced
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh Key Lime juice
- Dash of white Worcestershire sauce
Combine ingredients in the container of a blender and blend well.
Serving suggestion:Use in place of regular butter. Also great sauce for fresh grilled or broiled fish.
