50 g dark chocolate, chopped
180 g Maltesers, crushed
200 ml whipping cream
200 g fresh raspberries

Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.

Whisk the cream until soft peaks, then add the raspberries and crushed maltesers. Only mix together once with a wooden spoon.

Spoon into 4 serving dishes, drizzle with melted chococlate.
