Ingredients
50 g | dark chocolate, chopped |
180 g | Maltesers, crushed |
200 ml | whipping cream |
200 g | fresh raspberries |
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.Whisk the cream until soft peaks, then add the raspberries and crushed maltesers. Only mix together once with a wooden spoon.
Spoon into 4 serving dishes, drizzle with melted chococlate.
