Lemon Sauce recipe
Ingredients
80 g | sugar |
1 medium | egg, separated |
1 | lemon, juiced |
Instructions
Combine lemon juice, sugar and egg yolk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Then remove from heat.
Beat egg white until stiff and then fold into lemon sauce. Place back onto low heat and cook until thickened.
