- Ingredients
- 1 carton Cool Whipwhipped dessert topping
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 small packages instant pudding (chocolate, lemon, or butterscotch)
- 3 cups cold milk
Combine flour, sugar, margarine, and nuts and mix until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of the whipped topping, and powdered sugar together and spread over baked and cooled crust. Mix instant pudding with milk; beat until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with ground pecans. Refrigerate.
