Kumquat cake recipe details
Ingredients
3 medium | eggs |
500 g | sugar |
250 ml | vegetable oil |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
250 g | kumquats, chopped |
250 g | nuts, chopped |
700 g | flour |
2 tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | salt |
550 g | crushed pineapple |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.In a large bowl, mix together eggs, sugar and oil. Add cinnamon, flour, baking soda, salt and beat well. Now add chopped kumquats, nuts and crushed pineapples.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured tube pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
