Kristalberg’s quiche recipe, recipe Rating: 4.6

Ingredients:
Pie crust
Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup finely chopped zucchini
4 large eggs
1/2 cup cream
Pinch of dill weed
1 Tablespoon chopped green chilis
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Instructions:

Partially bake pie crust. Fill 3/4 of crust with grated cheddar cheese and zucchini. Combine eggs, cream, dill weed, green chilis, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Mix on low speed and pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Garnish with watercress or kiwi slices.

Serves: 6 to 8
