3 cups sugar
4 eggs
3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin


Combine sugar and eggs, beating until smooth. Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and allspice. Beat in oil and water. Add pumpkin and mix well. Pour batter into 3 greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

Yield:3 loaves
