Japanese veggie impossible pie casserole recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick mix (3/4c)
2. Japanese vegetables (1/2pkg.)
3. eggs (3)
4. milk (1 1/2c)
5. pepper (1/4tsp)
6. salt (1/2tsp)
7. chopped onion (1/3c)
8. lean hamburger, chicken or turkey (1lb)
9. shredded cheese (3/4c)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a large pan and grease it. Cook meat, Japanese vegetables and onion until they get cooked. Mix salt and pepper in it. Then put this mixture in greased pan.
2. Beat bisquick mix, eggs and milk properly and then pour this mixture over vegetable mixture in pan.
3. Place the pan in oven and bake it at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. Take out the pan from oven and top the pie with ¾ cup of shredded cheese. Again bake it for about 5 to 8 minutes.
4. Take out the pie from oven and then keep it for about 5 minutes to cool and then cut the pie into slices and serve it.
