Ingredients
1 | onion, chopped |
1 | green bell pepper, trimmed and cut into stripes |
3 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
4 | tomatoes, chopped |
2 tbsp | pickled jalapeno chilies, chopped |
1 tsp | white cumin, ground |
2 | red hot chili peppers, seeded and chopped |
1 tsp | oregano |
225 g | freshly grated Cheddar cheese |
1 pack(s) | single cream |
2 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
In a saucpan melt the butter. Sauté onion, garlic and bell pepper until lucent. Add tomatoes, chilies and the cumin and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the cheese and cook stirring until melted. Add the cream and the jalapeno chilies.Serve lukewarm with nachos, tacos or crudités.
