Indian marinated fish recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | white fish filets, cut into small pieces |
1 tbsp | chopped ginger |
4 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
salt | |
1 tbsp | ground coriander |
1 tbsp | ground cumin |
1 tsp | chili powder |
3 tbsp | yogurt |
Instructions
Blend all the spices together with the garlic, ginger and yogurt. Marinate the fish in it for at least 3 hours.Fry the fish together with the marinade for a few minutes on high heat.
Serve with rice or with spiced potatoes.
