Impossible seafood pie recipe details
Ingredients
Bisquick (1c)frozen crabmeat
thawed and drained (1pkg. or 6oz)
milk (1 1/2c), chopped onion (1/4c)
cream cheese
cut into ¼ inches cubes (1pkg. or 3oz)
shredded sharp cheese (1c)
dash of nutmeg, salt (1/4tsp)
eggs (4)
Method of preparation
First heat the oven to 400 degrees F.Take pie plate of 10 inches and grease it lightly.
Place crabmeat, onion and cheeses in greased pie plate.
Take a blender, mix all the remaining Ingredients in the container of blender and blend them for about 15 seconds on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth.
Then pour this mixture slowly into the pie plate.
Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for about 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees f.
Bake it until the pie gets golden brown in color.
Take out the pie from oven and keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then cut it into slices and serve it.
