Impossible brunch pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick baking mix (1/2c)
2. chopped pecans (1 1/2c)
3. eggs (4)
4. softened butter (1/4c)
5. milk (3/4c)
6. packed brown sugar (3/4c)
7. vanilla (1 1/2tsp)
8. dark corn syrup (3/4c)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees f. Take a pie plate, grease it and then dust the chopped pecans in pie plate.
2. Take a blender, beat eggs, milk, baking mix, corn syrup, brown sugar and vanilla in it until the mixture gets smooth. Then pour this mixture into the pie plate.
3. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Take out the pie plate from oven and keep it to cool for about 5 minutes. Spread ice cream over top and then serve it.
