Impossible bacon pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick (1/2c)
2. bacon slices, crispy cooked and crumbled (12)
3. chopped onion (1/3c)
4. shredded natural Swiss cheese (1c about 4 oz)
5. eggs (2)
6. pepper (1/8tsp)
7. salt (1/4 tsp)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees f. Take a pie plate of 9 inches and grease it. Dust the bacon, onion and cheese in greased pie plate.
2. Blend the remaining ingredients in a blender until the mixture becomes smooth. Then pour this mixture over the bacon mixture in pie plate.
3. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for about 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees F. Bake it until the tooth pick inserted in the middle of pie comes out clean. Now take out the pie from oven and keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then serve it.
