Ingredients:
12 slices bacon (about 1/2 pound), crisply fried and crumbled.
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 ounces)
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup Bisquickbaking mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed, or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate; bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish with bacon curls and parsley sprigs, if desired.

Serves:6

Note:If using a 9-inch pie plate, decrease milk to 1-1/2 cups, baking mix to 3/4 cup, and eggs to 3.
