Impossible applumkin pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick baking mix (1/2c)
2. pared and sliced apples (6c)
3. brown sugar (1c)
4. ground nutmeg (1/4tsp)
5. soft butter or margarine (1/4c)
6. dry milk (1/2c)
7. eggs (2)
8. ground cloves (1/4tsp)
9. ground cinnamon (1tsp)
10. brown sugar (1c)
11. peeled and grated uncooked pumpkin (2c)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a pie plate of 10 inches and buttered it properly. Fill the buttered pie plate with sliced apples.
2. Take a food processor, put all the remaining ingredients including pumpkins in it and blend them well. Then pour this blended mixture over the sliced apples in pie plate.
3. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it at 350 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes. Take out the pie from oven and serve it with ice cream or whipped cream.
