Hot Chocolate recipe

Heat the milk with the sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon stick and vanilla bean.
In a small bowl, combine the cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and egg with one tablespoon of cold milk.
Pour the mixture into the hot milk. Stir until thickend over low heat;
Remove the vanilla bean and cinnamon stick and serve hot.
