Ingredients
24 | red hot chili peppers, seeded and chopped |
280 ml | white wine vinegar |
3 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
1 tsp | salt |
140 ml | extra vergin olive oil |
Instructions
Soak the chilies in vinegar over night, stirring occasionally. Drain the chilies and keep the vinegar. Put the chillies into a blender, add garlic and the salt and blitz until smooth, adding by and by a little of the vinegar. Transfer into a bowl and whisk in the oil.Season to taste with salt and the vinegar. Serve with boiled beef or fried fish.
