Horsefeathers’ Hotflash Halter Sis’s Soymilk Smoothie recipe

- 1 cup pineapple chunks in juice
- 1-1/2 cups low-fat vanilla soymilk
- 1 cup non-fat french vanilla yogurt
- 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar-free orange gelatin powder
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 or 5 ice cubes
In a blender, blend on high 5 to 10 seconds. Makes about 4 cups. (Excellent source of natural plant estrogens, isoflanones and calcium.) So sinfully delicious you would never guess it’s good for you.
