Homemade Egg Substitute recipe

|1 tbsp||dry milk powder|
|2 medium||eggs, whites only|
|4 drop(s)||yellow food colour|
Combine powdered milk with the egg whites and beat with fork until smooth. Add food color, and beat until blended.
This makes about 60 ml, equal to 1 large egg.
