Homemade Cocoa Powder recipe

Ingredients
200 g | sugar |
pulp of a vanilla pod | |
300 g | dark chocolate, roughly chopped |
75 g | dark unsweetened cocoa powder |
Instructions
Cool the chocolate for 2 hours in the refrigerator, then transfer into a blender and add vanilla pulp, the sugar and the cocoa. Process until all is well combined and finely ground.
Fill into glasses and seal. Store on a cool place.
To drink, bring 250ml of fresh milk nearly to a boil, then pour the milk into a cup, add a heaped teaspoon of the chocolate powder and stir until dissolved. Enjoy!
