Holiday cookies recipe details
Ingredients
230 g | butter, at room temperature |
150 g | brown sugar |
100 g | white sugar |
1 ½ tsp | vanilla |
2 medium | eggs |
230 g | flour, plus 1 tablespoon extra |
½ tsp | salt |
1 tsp | baking soda |
60 g | walnuts, chopped |
180 g | M&M’s |
180 g | chocolate chips |
Instructions
Cream together butter and both sugars until smooth. Add vanilla, stir. Beat in eggs, mixing until very smooth. Add salt, flour and baking soda, mixing until smooth. Add nuts and the chocolates. Stir just until mixed.Chill batter in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Preheat oven to 150°C. Place by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake about 9 minutes.
