Ingredients
60 g | hazelnuts, shelled, lightly toasted |
3 | green onions, sliced |
150 ml | double cream |
2 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine hazelnuts and green onions and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cream and stir until heated through. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Spoon sauce over trout.
