Hazelnut Cream Sauce for Trout recipe

Ingredients

60 g hazelnuts, shelled, lightly toasted
3  green onions, sliced
150 ml double cream
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

Combine hazelnuts and green onions and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cream and stir until heated through. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon sauce over trout.
