Grilled salmon and vegetable packages recipe details
Ingredients
4 | salmon fillets, 200g each |
1 | courgette, sliced |
1 | bell pepper, diced |
1 | onion, sliced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
4 tbsp | soy sauce |
4 tsp | sesame oil |
4 tbsp | blue cheese, crumbled |
4 tsp | dill, chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together all the vegetables.Prepare 4 pieces of aluminium foil. Divide onto each foil the salmon fillets and vegetables and fold boats. Season the fish with salt and pepper and drizzle over soy sauce and oil. Sprinkle with the blue cheese and the dill.
Grill the packages for approximately 10 minutes. Serve with fresh white bread.
