- Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed
- Salt and pepper (or seasoned salt) to taste
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup bread cubes
- 1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use nonstick spray on 8-inch casserole dish. Mix eggs. Add spinach, seasoning, milk, and bread cubes. Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with cheese. Cook for 30 minutes or until set.
