- 4 eggs
- One 32-ounce container sour cream
- 1 package Jiffycorn bread mix
- 1 package Jiffyyellow cake mix
- Two 13-ounce cans cream-style corn
- Two 4-ounce cans chopped green chilies
- 8 ounces butter or margarine
My Aunt Linda had cabins that she rented near a trout farm in southwestern Missouri. On a trip to see her, she made this for us along with the fresh trout that she caught, and we were in heaven. Living in Arizona, we added the green chilies to give it a southwest flavor. It is our most requested cookout recipe!
Melt butter in a 13 x 21-inch chaffing pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pan of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
