Grandma's no bake cookies recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1-1/4 cups chocolate milk mix (Quik)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 cups quick oatmeal
Combine butter, milk, sugar, and chocolate milk mix in a medium saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper. Let set.
Makes: about 36 “cookies”.
