Ingredients
125 g | soft butter |
125 g | sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
2 medium | eggs |
150 g | flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
1 tbsp | milk |
1 dash(es) | salt |
300 g | mixed fruit, e.g. grapes, strawberries, apples, tangerines |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | chopped pistachios |
1 pack(s) | glaze |
2 tbsp | sugar |
150 ml | water |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.In a bowl, whisk the butter until creamy. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Whisk until smooth. Sift in the flour, salt and baking powder and carefully mix in the milk.
Pour the batter into 8 buttered tartlet tins and bake for 20 minutes.
Dice the fruit and sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the glaze and the sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Divide the fruit mixture onto the cakes. Pour over the glaze and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Allow to cool before serving.
