Garlicky spinach recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | fresh spinach |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
5 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
Cook spinach until soft. Drain.Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the spinach, a bit of salt and stir. Add the garlic and cook for about 4 minutes. Stir in the cheese and cook for further 4 minutes.
Serve immediately.
