|500 g||potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced,|
|6 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|3 tbsp||Parmesan cheese, grated|
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a pie plate with butter.
Arrange potato slices in layers and sprinkle with minced garlic slices, some of the cheese and dot with butter.
Heat the milk and pour over the potatoes. Top with bread crumbs and remaining cheese.
Bake for 60 minutes.
