3 sprig(s) | parslley |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
oil, for frying | |

Instructions
Roughly chop the mushrooms, garlic and the parsley.In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the mushrooms for a couple of minutes. Add the garlic and the parsley. Cook for some more minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Season with salt and pepper.
