Ingredients
½ | mango, peeled, chopped |
½ | pear, peeled, chopped |
½ | Granny Smith apple, peeled, chopped |
1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tsp | brown sugar |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Baste pork with sauce every 1/2 hour during cooking process.
