Ingredients

½	mango, peeled, chopped
½	pear, peeled, chopped
½	Granny Smith apple, peeled, chopped
1 tsp	Dijon mustard
1 tbsp	olive oil
2 tsp	brown sugar
	salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
