|½||mango, peeled, chopped|
|½||pear, peeled, chopped|
|½||Granny Smith apple, peeled, chopped|
|1 tsp||Dijon mustard|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|2 tsp||brown sugar|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Baste pork with sauce every 1/2 hour during cooking process.
