- Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 cup Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
- One 9-inch pie crust
- butter
- nutmeg
Bake pie crust at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool. Beat eggs, add a pinch of salt. Beat in cream. Cover crust with cheese and pour in eggs, dot with butter and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
