Frothy Hot Chocolate recipe
|100 ml||coffee liqueur, Kahlua or Tia Maria, optional|
|2 tbsp||cocoa powder|
|1 ½ tsp||vanilla extract|
Combine 120 ml milk, sugar, coffee liqueur, cocoa and vanilla in a small bowl. Whisk until a smooth paste forms.
Heat the remaining milk in a medium saucepan until warm but not boiling. Remove from heat and whisk vigorously.
Whisk the cocoa mixture into the milk and pour the frothy hot chocolate into mugs.
