Ingredients
4 large | turnips, peeled and sliced |
2 | eggs |
4 tbsp | flour |
160 g | breadcrumbs |
4 tbsp | oil |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Beat the eggs into one bowl, into two other bowls give the flour and the breadcrumbs.Coat the turnip slices first with the flour. Then dip them into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. Make sure, the turnips are well coated.
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Fry the turnip slices over medium heat for 2 minutes from both sides until golden and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
