100 g | flour |
100 g | cornmeal |
1 tbsp | milk |
2 | eggs |
oil for frying | |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
3 sprig(s) | parsley |
1 | lemon |
Instructions
Combine the flour and cornmeal in a shallow plate. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs with the milk.Turn the fish fillets in the egg and milk mixture first and then in the flour and cornmeal mixture. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish fillets over moderate heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
