Ingredients
250 g | hard chees, Parmesan, Guyere or Greek Cypriot |
50 g | butter |
lemon juice of 1/2 lemon | |
pepper |
Instructions
Cut the cheese into 1 cm thick slices. Heat the butter in a frying pan over low heat and put the slices in.Cook for 1-2 minutes, cheese slices should not turn brown, but should look creamy and sticky.
Sprinkle a little lemon juice and pepper on top. Serve with fresh bread.
