4 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | pesto rosso |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
1 pinch(es) | sugar |
Instructions
Peel asparagus and cut into thin slices. Heat olive oil and add asparagus. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and fry until asparagus is done, stirring often.Just before asparagus is done add pesto rosso and stir a little more.
