Ingredients

1 kg white asparagus
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp pesto rosso
salt and pepper, to taste
1 pinch(es) sugar

Instructions

Peel asparagus and cut into thin slices. Heat olive oil and add asparagus. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and fry until asparagus is done, stirring often.

Just before asparagus is done add pesto rosso and stir a little more.
