- Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup diced peaches
Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together. Add milk, butter, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix up slightly and fold in peaches. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
