Ingredients
750 g | spinach, washed |
5 tbsp | butter |
3 tsp | parsley, chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
nutmeg | |
2 tbsp | milk |
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring slightly salted water to a boil. Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes until the spinach has wilted. Drain.In a casserole, melt the butter. Stir in the spinach, parsley and milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and stew for 5 minutes.
