|120 ml||dry white wine|
|120 g||mozzarella cheese, grated|
|120 g||Cheddar cheese, grated|
|1 pinch(es)||garlic salt|
In a bowl mix together the cheeses and flour.
Heat the white wine in a small saucepan until nearly boiling, then and add garlic salt.
Stir wine into the cheese/flour mixture, stirring between addition.
