Ingredients
120 ml | dry white wine |
120 g | mozzarella cheese, grated |
120 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
1 tsp | flour |
1 pinch(es) | garlic salt |
Instructions
In a bowl mix together the cheeses and flour.
Heat the white wine in a small saucepan until nearly boiling, then and add garlic salt.
Stir wine into the cheese/flour mixture, stirring between addition.
