Ingredients

200 g fish fillet, e.g. cod
150 g fresh young spinach, cleaned and trimmed
½  lemon
1 small courgette, trimmed and sliced
butter
salt and pepper

Instructions

Cut the fish fillet into strips. Blanch the spinach in boiling salted water for 30 seconds.

Layer fish, spinach and courgette in turn into a buttered casserole dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle butter flakes on top.

Bake for 25 minutes at 160°C in the oven.
