Fish casserole recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | fish fillet, e.g. cod |
150 g | fresh young spinach, cleaned and trimmed |
½ | lemon |
1 small | courgette, trimmed and sliced |
butter | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Cut the fish fillet into strips. Blanch the spinach in boiling salted water for 30 seconds.Layer fish, spinach and courgette in turn into a buttered casserole dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle butter flakes on top.
Bake for 25 minutes at 160°C in the oven.
