Ingredients
12 | fish fingers |
4 | hamburger buns, halved |
4 tsp | remoulade |
4 tsp | ketchup |
2 | onions, sliced |
4 leaves | lettuce |
2 | gherkins, sliced |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Fry the fish fingers in butter from all sides until golden and done.Spread ketchup and remoulade onto the bottom half of the burgers. Layer with onion slices, a lettuce leaf, 3 fish fingers and some gherkin slices.
Cover with the upper side of the burger buns and serve immediately.
