Enough with the chocolate already cake recipe details
This chocolate cake has cocoa powder, chocolate pudding, chocolate chips, and chocolate icing.

Ingredients
Serves: 16- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 (5.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Icing:
- 1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 cups confectioners sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees (175 degrees C) grease and flour 2 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a large bowl mix together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and chocolate pudding mix.
3. In a separate bowl mix the water, sour cream, mayonaise, vanilla, vegetable oil,and eggs. Mix until well blended
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix until well blended.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
6. Pour batter equally into the prepared cake pans.
7. Bake for 1 hour or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean,remember the chocolate chips are melting inside the cake so judge by the firmness of the cake when inserting the toothpick
8. Allow to cool thoroughly before icing.

10. In a large bowl cream together the shortening, butter, and Vanilla, Blend in the Sugar one cup at a time,beating well after each addition. Keep beating until light and fluffy, add small amounts of milk if needed. Keep icing covered until ready to decorate.
