Ingredients
110 g | flour, plain, sifted |
1 | salt |
2 | egg(s) |
200 ml | milk |
75 ml | water |
50 g | butter |
To serve with: | |
sugar, caster | |
juice, lemon |
Instructions
Mix flour and salt together in a mixing bowl. Whisk eggs into the flour-mix. Slowly add milk and water and then whisk everything together. The batter should be smooth and creamy.Melt butter in a frying pan. Spoon the batter into the pan. Cooking only takes about a few seconds. Cook it equally long on both sides to get a nice light brown colour.
To serve use lemon juice and caster sugar. Fold pancake or roll it up and eat it with your hands!!
