Emma's peach berry cobbler recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 5 to 6 frozen, sliced peaches, thawed
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 pints fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup margarine/butter
- 1 cup Bisquickbaking mix
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
Mix peaches, cornstarch, and sugar in saucepan. Heat and boil gently until thickened. Pour into oven-proof baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add raspberries. Dot with margarine.
Prepare Bisquick with sugar and milk. Spoon onto fruit. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
