Eggs granada recipe details
- Ingredients:
- large ramekin cups
- 2-1/2 slices of bread
- pinch oregano
- mild chilli peppers, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup jack cheese
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Butter large ramekin cups and line with 2-1/2 slices of bread. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano and chopped mild chilli peppers. Mix 1 cup of milk with two eggs. Pour onto bread and top with 1/4 cup of jack cheese and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until set.
