Eggnog mascarpone dessert with fruits recipe details
Ingredients
200 ml | eggnog |
250 g | mascarpone |
125 ml | whipped cream |
8 tbsp | seasonal fruit, cut into small cubes |
1 tsp | vanilla sugar |
cacao powder |
Instructions
With a hand blender, mix eggnog and Mascarpone until smooth. Divide the fruits into 4 small bowls or high cocktail glasses, cover with the Mascarpone mix and leave in the fridge overnight.Season the whipped cream with vanilla sugar. Place a dollop of the cream on top of each dessert and serve dusted with cacao powder.
