Ingredients
5 medium | eggs |
250 g | powdered sugar |
15 g | vanilla sugar |
250 ml | eggnog |
250 ml | cooking oil |
125 g | wheat flour |
125 g | cornstarch |
4 tsp | baking powder |
Instructions
Mix eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer. Stir in oil and egg liqueur. Mix flour with baking powder and cornstarch and add.Fill in a greased baking tin (24 cm). Bake for 60 minutes at 180°C.
